Biography
|
I started drawing when i could pick up a pencil. My Mum always drew and it encouraged me.
During growing up i drew various things from animals to cartoons ect ect. It's really the only thing i excelled in at school, even though i came away with no qualifications, this was due to leaving school early through constantly being bullied. I turned to my art alot, as i do now when i feel happy, sad or angry. Art always seems to be my way to vent feelings.
Since the past 3 years i've moved onto drawing the female figure, i find females alot more elegant then males. I've studied other peoples are like Luis Royo and similar artists for inspiration. I never could draw human faces very well and after hitting a point with my other artwork where i found myself repeating and not improvong i descided to go onto something i found hardest. Now portraits, human figures and fantasy art is what i find myself doing. I'm hoping and trying to start painting. I just find pencil 'tidy and easy to put away', unlike paint.
I'm 32 now and unable to work through epilepsy, therefore my life revolves around the things i love, including art.
