I was born in Bristol, England in 1966. I moved away from home when I joined the RAF when I was 18 and have lived all around the country. I have lived in Sheffield for the last two years with my partner Caroline.
I have been into photography since I was a kid and started with a Kodak instamatic 126 cartridge camera which I modified at about the age of 10 to take double exposures. I graduated onto SLR photography in my teens with a manual Sigma camera with TTL metering. I discovered the delights of digital photography in 2007 and now play about with image editing software too. I dont really stick to a particular genre as I see a photograph in everything I look at. But I guess I do rather like photos taken from an unusual viewpoint, if an image makes someone stop and look twice, the job is done. My work is not to everyones taste but I like it, so I hope you do too.
