Statement
|
Everything I see I decompose in to simple shapes of color. My paintings usually start with me focusing on a person's face. I prefer to paint images of people's faces where the colors, shapes and perspective capture the personality, essence or mood of the person. I enjoy painting in acrylics, using brilliant colors and a combination of brush stroke textures to express what I see. My aspiration is to create excitement for people when they recognize someone in my paintings.
