Haa maruawe Diane O'Leary, My name is Benny Tahmahkera and also part Comanche. I retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2008 and currently going to school at the University of Oklahoma in pursuit of a masters degree. I am currently in an art class and have chosen Apitaph to write about which is now part of the James T. Bialac collection, that is currently being displayed at the Fred Jones Jr. Museum. I was wondering your feelings about your artwork being displayed at such an audiance? I also would like to know the date you created this historical painting of American Indian signifiance?
