Hello, my name is Sarah Szabo and I am a Fine Artist. I am currently working towards my BFA in Painting from Pratt Institute. Art has always been my great passion in life and I feel this energy shows through in my work. I am mostly focused in drawing and painting, however I also do some digital work, sculpture, printmaking, and graphic design. I am interested in representing the human experience, particularly through perception, emotion, and time. Artists of the greatest inspiration include Dali, Escher, Alex Grey, Odd Nerdrum, Mark Henson, Steven Assael, Van Gogh, Rembrandt, Bosch, Caravaggio, Goya, Manet, Kathe Kollwitz, and Alice Zinnes. I find my vision to be most influenced by surrealism, futurism, Romanticism, and Baroque art, however I do not aim to follow any particular style/movement, simply to take influence from them.
