Born in 1961,Ukraine.
From 1978 until 1985 studies in Crimean
Art Colege on faculty of arts and design.
From 1994 lives and works in Israel,
from 1998 lives and works in Montreal and in Israel.

From 1998 artworks by Sergei Chernenko are presented at Jean-Pierre Valentin Gallery,
Montreal , Canada, and there were are shown on multiple exhibition conducted of Gallery.
Works of fine artist are found in private collection in Israel and overseas.In particular :
