In the dual figure in the center we can see two different choices a woman who's confronted with violence has: she can "wear masks" to hide herself
from judgment and other losses, or she can express herself and demand respect and freedom from a world conquered by force, not love. My intention was to create a dynamic, energetic piece that suggests reflection and change.

Ascension

Anahata is the chakra located in the heart region. It's connected to the capacity for deep love and to the feelings of compassion and empathy. Through this chakra we are able to connect to our "inner Christ" and to the upper planes. This principle inspired me to create a piece about love and its power. Ascension shows how universal love can be compared to a genuine spiritual experience, leading to freedom from the material condition and to a deep inner transformation.

Hecate

Contemporary depiction of Hecate, Greek goddess of the witchcraft, childbirth and the crossroads. It is actually about inner alchemy, the potential for rebirth that comes from a strong will, strength, acceptance and understanding of changes.
