Statement
`My art revolves predominately around the subjects of the human form, the natural and human-made environment, and the human condition, with these themes explored both independently, and inter-relatedly within my work'. `I aim to create imagery that moves other people and/or myself, to illicit some sort of response from the viewer. I'd prefer any response to none at all, to indifference, as I believe people predominately view and/or create artwork to ultimately be affected by it, in some way'. `Major influences on my artwork have included the artists Van Gogh, Whiteley, and Rauschenberg, many of the art teahers I have studied under, a few artist friends, the work of my son, and my partner, the word artist Kathleen Morgan.'
