I was born in 1953 in a beautiful picturesque place of Georgia - Adzharia.
From the early childhood I was painting the heroes of fairy-tales, later in school I tried to illustrate the characters of Georgian epos: "The Knight in the Panther's Skin" by S. Rustaveli|| and "Katsia-Adamiani" by I. Chavchavadze.
After school I entered The Teaching Training college in Batumi. From the second course I was called to arms. In the Soviet army I was working as a painter-decorator, painting the portraits of pilots-heroes. After finishing the college I have been working as a teacher of painting and drawing, taking an active part in Adzharia's exhibitions of young painters.
In 1982 I moved from Georgia to Latvia, where I have been working as a designer of interior for many years, taking part in plain-airs twice a year, or even more often, participating in Latvia's exhibitions of painters on a regular basis.
