Biography
|
|
Have been an artist since small child but only recently had time to really get involved; watercolor mostly. Have had 7 out of 8 paintings accepted into juried show in Azalea Festival fine arts show in Wilmington, NC. Have gallery privileges in Wilmington Art Assn. gallery in downtown historic district where I market my paintings. I have co-chaired several art shows in the area and that sure is a learning experience.

Statement

|
I admire the works of Norman Rockwell and other realists and like my paintings to tell a story. Am experimenting with other mediums and hope to be proficient in those also; acrylic and oil.

Spring Art Show & Sale in association with Azalea Festival, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005. Also participated in other shows in area and continue to do so with the next one being the Creative Artists of Hampstead Fine Arts Show coming up in September.
