I am originally from west of France. I was born in Nantes by a beautiful afternoon from June 1961. My father after several turns of the world, decided to pose his suitcases on the edges of the Loire. I grew up in the middle of brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles and aunts: a great family! My elder brothers followed the way of the father: they engaged in the Royale and embarked around the world. I remember this blue sphere with which my mother of the end of the finger showed us their courses. Magic, mysterious words sounded with our ears: Diego Suarez, Hokkaido, Fiji islands, the Cap Verde, Papeete, les Marquises. and this iron suitcase brought back by their journeys! Magic moment that where our brothers authorized us to open it. It contained fabulous treasures come from different countries: colored dresses, Indians shawls, silk slings, loincloth, Asian dolls, Chinese vases. I found a means of leaving in my turn thanks to paper and the pencil. As soon as I could hold a pencil I knew that this instrument there would not leave me anymore. But when I was 20 years old, I left Nantes to go to work in Paris. I left aside pencils and colors. After 15 years of Parisian life, I then moved to Berry where I currently live today with my husband and my daughters.
I have always liked to draw and paint but didn't take it up seriously until in 2004 I met a painter, Muriel Cayet who encouraged me to proceed in the artistic way.
It was a new and exciting road for me. Now I have been painting for about four years. I gradually developed my style and interests. I have exhibited my artwork in group and solo shows.
