Biography

I trained at Falmouth School of Art, where I received a BTEC in art and design. I then went on to Brighton University, where I gained a BA(Hons) in fine art/painting.

Statement
|
|
Using a simple pallette i try to extract as much detail as possible from my found material.I am interested in the structure and physical appearance of the face,with its mobility caused by emotion and deliberate facial distortion,with a slight nod to caricature.I enjoy the challange for pushing myself to the limit to attain a life like appearance,and i hope to stretch this further in the future.
