Painting Oil
Size: 100cm x 70cm
2800 EUR

Description: One of the 7 deadly sins, Lust. The painting shows the demon Asmodeus provokes as a gorgeous woman. She has a worn wreath upon her head representative of her rotten soul. Her beastly face with dark eyes shows the animalistic sexual instincts that many people have. The horns that springs from her head is a symbol of an ancient Greek god, Pan, lord of sexuality and fertility. The painting symbolizes the moral decadency of humans.
