reds, yellows. layered paint, texture. 3" thick gallery canvas.I did this painting as I was reading (for the second time) my favorite book in all the land.The Shack. In the book the Holy Spirit uses the term "fractal" to describe her garden. so I asked God to give me a painting to describe this word. And then I thought it will take me hours upon hours to create a repeating pattern on a canvas.then a day later , God gave me a love letter (as I call them) through my hubby. It was 4 pieces of triangular shaped scrap moulding that he had cleverly glued together to form a square. He had no idea of my idea, he just thought he was being cool and artsy...he tries! And I immediately knew that it was my fractal. So here it is!
