I love parrots so much, they are really funny creatures. They are so beautiful , intelligent, curious and a bit cheeky , aren't they ? ........This image is a gouache painting on paper done with the feelings and imagery from my time spent at Venezuela - I saw them a lot there - from every corner you can see and hear a bunch of shriekking parrots, it seems they are allowed to be little noise monsters ......it's really amazing ! I love strong colours and forms , so I think that the parrot , this lovely guy was a good model for my painting.
