Biography

After philology, philosophy and theology studies, Emma has learned alone sculpture. First she has created during many years automations and puppets. Now she devotes herself only to the sculptures.
She chooses to controll all the processes of creation from the sketch to the patina . Automated sculptures by EmmA will make their debut in January 2005. She lives in France and works in all Europe.

EmmA's sculptures are ultimately contemporary and sensual - extraordinarily and obviously so - by the force and naturalness of their anatomically precise bodies.
Presented in modern material geometry, these bodies inspire us to consider our human purpose and function in the present world..
An exaggerated sensibility, her will of perfection, the choice of controlling all the processes of creation from the sketch to the patina, the originality of inspiration, the materials and the literary treatment of the sculpture explain EmmA's success.
