Acrylics on unstretched canvas.
To be honest,when I started to paint this, it was meant to be a background. However, when I looked at it, I saw a long, wooden-panelled corridor with a slightly open door at the end and the hint of a light-filled room beyond. So I decided to leave it just as it was.
It is quite thinly painted so much of the texture of the canvas is visible through the paint, which, I think, adds to the effect.
This item is UNMOUNTED and UNFRAMED and includes a one inch unpainted border to assist in framing.
