Carol Carmichael photographs farm animals and farm life, landscapes of her beloved Bucks County and views of her frequent haunts - South Beach, Florida and Florence, Italy. /
She lives at Leeside Farm with her husband, dog, 3 cows and lots of chickens. She is a member of the Photographic Society of America and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Her work has been shown at a variety of juried exhibitions including the Museum of Contemporary Art (Washington DC), Phillips Mill Photography Exhibition, Artsbridge, the Salmagundi Club, and EP designworks Gallery. In November 2004 her online gallery was highlighted as the "Artist of the Day" (AOTD Online, Cambridge, MA). The National Association of Photoshop Professionals selected her online gallery as "Editor's Choice" in December 2004. In January through April 2005, Sitewelder selected her gallery as their "Featured Website." In February 2005 her online gallery was again chosen as "Artist of the Day" (AOTD Online, Cambridge, MA), and her website was selected by Photo-Awards.com (PGPA) for their Photographic Content Award 2005. On March 29, 2005, the Leeside Farm Website won Silver World Wide Web Award 2005. Her work was exhibited from March 3 to March 30, 2005, at the Montinore Estate Gallery in Forest Grove, OR. In May 2005 her online gallery was again chosen as "Artist of the Day" (AOTD Online, Cambridge, MA) /
