born in Aug 67. Lived in Italy, travel extensivly.Moved to NY in 99 and back to Rome in 2001. My paintings comes from need of express myself and my feelongs in a society that denies everything but the happiness.

Statement

Naples my native town.
Its colors, the sea, the sun, the light are my point of departure.
New York, gigantic, sometimes frightening; same colors but darker.
Not an arrival point, but perhaps the outbreak point of the search.
Far away from home I'm looking for a new balance, in several new dimensions that are translatable into dimensions on the canvass.
The bonds in the life, the life in the sea, in the space, the mother `s womb.
These elements keep chasing over and over and resorted, in new dimension always searching for new depth.
Sea depth likes soul depth. Colors that sink into other colors, are melted, become something different, take directions and unexpected shapes.
Like my life.
