Roberto Guisandez

Biography
He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied drawing and painting with arquitects Fermín Guisández and Fernando Berreta, and with painters Eduardo Cervera and José Sevilla. Besides studying at the Lausanne Cantonal Art School (Switzerland), he helped the painter Hugo de Marco in the Moulin Rouge decoration (Paris). He haunted the Vallecas group's "tertulias" as well as the Agustin Redondela's, Laxeiro's and Hans Erni's studios, situated in Madrid and Lucerne, respectively. He was Dr. René Berger's assistant (former president of the Intenational Asociation of Art Critics). He was involved in the organization of the first and the second Intenational Convention of Pilote Galleries (Lausanne 1971-1973). He participated in collective and individuals expositions at several art galleries, particulary at Juana Mordó's one (Madrid 1972). His pieces are owned in privates art collections around the globe. He took his degree in Politics Sciences and his PhD. in International Relations.
 
Statement
Nowadays his artistics interests cover oil panting, pastel and watercolor applied to argentinian landscapes.
