Statement
ALL MY ART ADHERES TO ONE BASIC RULE: I PAINT WHAT I LIKE, AND I LIKE WHAT I PAINT. Much of my inspiration comes from the most wonderful place on God's earth - the County of Mayo in the West of Ireland with its unique scenery and rugged coastline. A place I now call Home. I have been painting and drawing since my childhood and am largely self taught. Having recently made the decision to pursue painting as a full-time career, I am currently experimenting with different subject matter but, to date have produced mainly seascapes, animal art and floral paintings. Originally, my preferred medium was pastels (soft and oil), over the past few months I have been producing mainly watercolours and acrylics. I hope that you enjoy viewing my work and look forward to receiving your comments in my guestbook.
