Biography

always have drawn.
got a BA in painting and print making/lithography at SDSU 1992
opened a gallery in San Diego called the man who thought he could draw in 1993
moved to Joshua Tree and was represented by record labels in NY and Los Angeles
since then have mostly worked on commissioned pieces, and am now reemerging to find more gallery representation
2010 artist in residency at One Colorado, Pasadena, Ca.

Statement

have worked on developing a language in paint, rather then a specific methodology. interested in capturing the timeless instead of a specific social or political intention. both the intuitive and the deliberate have their place, and in harmony achieve the most transendent works.
