Ronald Carter was born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 6, 1974. Through out the years Ronald has been in trouble with the law, enlisted in the Navy, and moving around the United States. Ronald has lived in Minnesota, Oklahoma, New York, Utah, Texas, and now currently resides in Waterloo, Iowa. Ronald is now looking to pursue a career in art, knowing now he is going to die an artist.
