Biography
|
|
Zenab was born in Al'azazma tribe, in the Negev.
She took her elementary studies at Al'azazma Elementary
School. Later, she moved with her family to Segev
Shalom village, where she studied only till the age of
fifteen. Then, till the age of twenty four, Zenab worked
at the field of agriculture. Only by this age, she returned
to school and continued her studies in Beer- Sheva.

Zenab-Bedouin Art Gallery
Zenab is a Bedouin artist who combines ethnic symbols
in her work, the thing which helps preserve the Bedouin
Heritage. Zenab creates unique art works of Ceramics Sculptures
which combine remarkable designs of symbols and shapes from the
Bedouin Embroidery designs. The results are outstanding.
Her hard work,her devotion and a longing to market
her work and to gain a respected place in the modern
art world, gave her endless proficient compliments.
As an independent artist who broke her way through the
Bedouin society, Zenab is now considered as a role model
for many Bedouin women. Zenab has opened her home
and studio in order to expose her works of art to the
visitors from all over the country and the world.
